Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, will present the Spring Music Explosion Saturday, April 23 from 5:30 to 7:30 p.m. in the Fine Arts Center, 2000 Mirro Drive.

Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, is set to stage its performance of “The Fantasticks” March 24-26. “The Fantasticks” is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI). All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI. www.mtishows.com

Senior Jena Garceau was recognized Monday during Roncalli High School’s convocation as a recipient of the Milwaukee Bucks Perseverance Award. Garceau, daughter of Tim and Heather Garceau, is one of seven high school student-athletes from Wisconsin recognized this year. Senior student-athletes who have persevered through a difficult time of life to play educational-based athletics were eligible to be nominated.

Students from area schools will participate in a Wisconsin School Music Association (WSMA) sanctioned District Solo & Ensemble Music Festival hosted at Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, on March 5. During the festival, students will perform vocal and instrumental solos, duets, trios and small ensembles before an adjudicator. The event runs from 8 a.m.-4 p.m. and is open to the public.
