Students from Roncalli High School are set to stage a performance of “Children of Eden” Nov. 9-12, 2022.
From the composer of “Godspell” and “Wicked,” “Children of Eden” is a retelling of Genesis. Adam, Eve, Noah and the “Father” who created them deal with the headstrong, cataclysmic actions of their respective children. “The show ultimately delivers a bittersweet – but inspiring – message: that ‘the hardest part of love ... is letting go,’” says Tim Olson, the show’s director.
Roncalli High School will present “Children of Eden” on Nov. 9-11 at 7 p.m., and at 2 p.m. on Nov. 12 in the Zimmer Auditorium located in the Fine Arts Center at Roncalli High School, 2000 Mirro Drive, Manitowoc. Tickets are $15 for adults, $10 for senior citizens (age 65 and older) and students (age 14-18), and $5 for children (age 5-13). Roncalli High School students are admitted free with ID. The box office will be open one hour prior to performance times.
“Children of Eden” is presented through special arrangement with Music Theatre International (MTI) and is licensed by MTI. All authorized performance materials are also supplied by MTI.
