Current Student Re-Enrollment

Roncalli Catholic Schools welcomes all students and their families to our faith-based, academically excellent schools. It is our mission to care for the whole student and provide a complete education with services to assist children to grow and thrive every day.

Enrollment for CURRENT students opens on February 1, 2021 at 8:00 a.m.

We have prepared a toolkit for families to facilitate the enrollment process.

Easily re-enroll your child(ren) and get them ready for the next school year by completing the following steps:

1. Log in to your FACTS family portal account. (District Code RON-WI)
2. Take a look at the Education Guide.
3. Register for classes through PowerSchool.
4. (Freshmen only) Complete the Freshman Scholarship application.

Note: Tuition payments and arrangements are also done through FACTS.

You must sign in to your current family portal in FACTS and update the information on each page.
 
IMPORTANT: The District Code is RON-WI 

Sign in to your FACTS account as Parent. 
Type your User Name and Password (If you forgot your Username or Password, click "Forgot Use name/Password").

Once you are done with FACTS, take a look at the Education Guide.

Our Education Guide will make your child(ren) course selection easier.

Review the Education Guide. Then sign in to your PowerSchool account to register for classes.

9 - 12 Complete Education Guide 2021 - 2022
 

We use PowerSchool SIS for our Student Information System. Follow the steps below to complete the course selection.

1. Access PowerSchool
2. Enter your Username and Password (Please contact Shannon Pritzl at 920-686-8145 if you don't already have a PowerSchool log in).
3. Main Menu  → Click Class Registration
4. Required courses are already pre-selected for you.
5. Click the Pencil icon on the far right to select courses
6. Course Request pop-up window appears
7. Choose course (There may be more than one page available for that group of courses).
8. Click Okay
9. Course Request pop-up window closes
   • A green checkmark appears for selected courses. Note: A red ! mark will appear if there are errors or omissions in an area.
10. Repeat above for each course.
    • Eight (8) credits need to be selected.
    • One (1) credit of alternates needs to be selected.
11. Click Submit.
    • The Course Requests page appears.
