Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, has received a generous donation from the Class of 1972.
Members of the class gathered Jan. 10 to present John Stelzer, president of Roncalli Catholic Schools, with a check. The Class of 1972 has donated $20,000 and the amount continues to grow.
“On behalf of Roncalli High School, I would like to thank the Class of 1972 for their generosity,” Stelzer said. “Their Legacy Gift to the Endowment Fund will be utilized to provide tuition assistance to students who wish to attend our school. We are grateful that they have invested in the growth of young people both spiritually and academically.”
The mission of Roncalli Catholic Schools is to work to form families, schools and parishes of discipleship. Roncalli’s academic approach is to focus on the whole student – mind, body and spirit. Dedicated faculty and staff provide students from all economic backgrounds with the academic tools needed in the 21st century.
