Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, was recently gifted eight new StageRight Alla Breve Music Shells from Russ Weigel and Amy Fricke Weigel.
The total value of the shells is just over $15,000. The high school music program, along with other fine arts events, will benefit from these self-standing, portable music shells, which are easy to handle, quick to setup and enhance sound for concerts and other events. The laminated panels are durable, only require one person for setup and according to the company, “reflect a maximum range of audible frequencies to improve the blend and mix of sounds.”
“We are grateful for this donation to Roncalli High School,” said Candice Giesen, director of development. “Both band and choir students will benefit from these music shells as they improve sound quality, are safer to work with and aesthetically pleasing. It is a wonderful investment in Roncalli fine arts!”
