Roncalli High School announces National Honor Society inductees

Roncalli High School, part of Roncalli Catholic Schools, inducted 29 students into the National Honor Society on Jan. 28. National Honor Society recognizes students who have demonstrated superior qualities of scholarship, leadership, service and character.

At the ceremony, senior Carter Norell, president, discussed leadership; senior Samantha Scott, vice president, discussed character; senior Lindsey Culligan, secretary, discussed service; and senior Kathryne Hager, treasurer, discussed scholarship. Stephen Waak, retired Roncalli High School English teacher, served as guest speaker.

National Honor Society requirements are a cumulative GPA of 3.5 and two semesters at Roncalli High School. The following juniors were inducted:
